Creamed Spinach
Amt	UOM	Ingredient	Directions
1 1/2	lb	Spinach	Steam & put aside
6	ea	Bacon	Chopped put in a medium skillet
			saute until crisp
2	clv	Garlic	mince & add
1	ea	Onion	chop & add, saute until soft
Nec	ea	Salt & Pepper	add
1 1/2	Cup	Half & Half	add slowly, cook until thickened
1 1/2	lb	Steamed Spinach	chop, add, warm
			Serve
